Serene is a personal mood and habit tracker. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data we store

Mood check-ins, habits, goals, and settings are stored only on your device (local storage). We do not operate a Serene account system or cloud sync in the current version.

Data we do not collect

• We do not require an email or login.
• We do not upload your mood or habit entries to our servers.
• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not show third-party advertising SDKs in the current version.

Permissions

On Android, Serene may ask for notification permission so optional reminders can appear. Notifications are scheduled on your device.

Internet access

The app may use the network only for optional features you enable (for example opening a link you choose). Core tracking works offline.

Children

Serene is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date.
